Z has been our main facilitator for monthly Bloom Organizer calls over the last 6 months, and it has been a huge help.
It solidifies the community's continuity to have the same faciliator on these calls, and the reminders have been instrumental in having the highest continued monthly attendance in Bloom history on these important calls.
She facilitates a meditation to begin and passes the mic around to organizers who show up as is required montly, the impact of these calls is strengthening our existing relationships, introducing Bloomers to one another as people and the projects that they are working on.
