Teams

The Community Builders

This team builds and strengthens our sense of global community and mutual support. Join the Community team to help Bloomers support one another through sharing skills and knowledge. Empower members to utilize our social network to build their customer base and/or find the support they need to grow.

The Engineers

Have a little dev time to spare? Pick up a task to make Bloom even more awesome! A few things we need help with include performance optimization, responsive image hosting, web3 integrations, and a fun feature for Bloomers to make high-value introductions. Our codebase uses Svelte, Supabase, Tailwind CSS and Para wallet. You'll work with Magenta who is a co-founder of Bloom and member of the incredible web3 development agency, dOrg.tech.

The Treasure Builders

Experienced business and financial professionals

Contribute to the Grants Team at Bloom, or mentor Local Bloom leaders with business and finance skill. Upon first formation Bloom hubs are usually voluntary communities, but they progress to formalized initiatives and companies. Local leaders are doing highly impactful, scalable, cost-effective work, and they need help from you to successful.

We also do workshopping sessions around Bloom Network's development, including grants strategy and relationship building for Bloom, and for specific verticals of Bloom's work as a global collective.

The Creatives

Communications experts and product developers

Find and execute creative ways to educate about Bloom and our Local Hubs' work. Pick up a task here and there or bring your own ideas - graphics for Local Blooms' outreach, infographics, animations, interview a Local Bloom leader. Anyone with experience building and growing a startup from the product side will be a huge help and catalyst here. Get to know some of the most brilliant, caring creative minds on the planet!
