2025...starts with more alignment, purpose, co-creation...and a heart project.

I am honored and excited to initiate and announce the first theater project (of many more to come...) that we, the community of Coliazul and San Salvador, will realize and co-create. I have been birthing this idea for a long time and apparently needed to wait until inspiration, resources, people magically came together.

I am a theater maker. This has been my chosen profession for many years. In Amsterdam and Berlin, where I lived before, art played a big role in society and in my daily life. I was blessed to manifest a lot of beautiful projects at the university of Berlin, within my own theater group in Holland and introduce so many to the magic of theater. For me these moments and memories are truly precious of a group of people coming together to create, to give their full focus, time and attention to bring forth a message, to tell a story, to share their ideas and inner worlds...the moment just before the play starts...the excitement in the air....the darkness...the silence....the breath...the first sound...

Theater is a ritual, a ceremony, a moment of coherence and co-creation, a shared experience and journey....so ancient and powerful and so human!

I hope with this project i can bring this passion and fascination into the Valley, into the community, into the hearts. Theater is for me the ultimate tool to connect beyond differences and cultural backgrounds. We can create a world that is outside the conditioning and meet there in joy and art.

So many beautiful stories are waiting to be told.

MOMO is one of them. The story about a brave girl whose gift is listening. She is such a good listener that people come up with the best ideas and solutions they ever had by talking to her. She gives them the most precious gift...her full attention and time. Time is life and life is in the heart.

This power is so strong that she defeats an army of grey gentlemen that are trying to steal the time from the people. Whoever lets them into their heart gives away his or her time and by doing so becomes restless always looking for ways to save time...that will be used later (so the promise of the grey gentlemen). Momo is not alone in her journey. She gets help from the master of time who guards the time of all people and his turtle Kassiopeia who can see half an hour into the future. Momo has beautiful friends: the storyteller Gigi and the street sweeper Beppo, a whole community that takes care of her and yet the biggest challenge she faces on her own.

We have so many talented people in this community and i am honored to create a space where these gifts can be shared and seen. Just by reading this story again I learned so much about my life and how I am not always realizing how precious our time is and how generously we can share it...how abundant we are. Awareness shifts perspective and i wish this project contributes in many ways to the growth and celebration of this community.

We are now working on the play, the theater classes, decor, costumes, roles...our goal is to present the first performances in June 2025. Momo is coming....
