She was previously a life and career coach in social services before making the switch to IT. Meg also makes visual art and writes about humans` oceanic origins.

Vikas is also a talented photographer who sees to the heart of what will make Bloom successful, contributing key insights for efficiency, scalability, and impact.

Tolu is a Principal Product Designer with over a decade of experience crafting user-centered solutions for clients ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 corporations like Google and Boston Scientific. Through her work, she has developed a deep understanding of how thoughtful design can bridge the gap between complex technical systems and human needs, creating experiences that empower users and drive meaningful impact.

As the Founder of UI Narrative, Tolu has built a platform that democratizes design education through podcasts, mentorship, and online learning resources focused on Product Design, UI/UX, Interaction Design, and Research.
