Withdrawing Funds from Your Bloom Wallet
These instructions are for how to use Bloom Network's Wallet page to withdraw or transfer your Local Action Rewards funds.
Quick Reference Guide
Follow this quick guide IF you have a bank account and do not live in Africa, New York state Maine, or Hawaii in the US, or the Philippines. Otherwise, skip to Country specific withdrawal instructions.
- Go to your wallet (click on your username → My Wallet)
- Take note of your USDC balance.
- Click the "Withdraw to Fiat" button
- Follow the Moonpay checkout process.
- Receive funds in your bank account or PayPal
Glossary
- Passkey
- A secure way to log in without passwords, using your device's built-in security.
- 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)
- An extra security step that requires a second form of verification beyond your password.
Login Troubleshooting
If using passkey:
- Try logging in on both your computer and phone. Your passkey is fixed to the device you initially set it up on, and the exact browser you used when you set it up, for security purposes.
- If you don't remember which browser you used, test all browsers you commonly use.
If you have lost your passkey, but you have your recovery secret you saved when you initially created your Bloom login:
- Go to app.getpara.com
- Initiate recovery
- Wait 48 hours (set a reminder!)
- Enter your recovery secret within 24 hours after waiting period.
If you are still having trouble:

Convert cryptocurrency directly to gift cards at Bitrefill
Peer-to-Peer Exchange
Consider arranging an exchange with a trusted friend who is familiar with cryptocurrency.
Country-Specific Withdrawal Instructions
- Unbanked users without PayPal: Work with your Local Bloom leader to arrange where the cryptocurrency funds should be sent, and use the Send Tokens button to send your funds.
- Residents of NY, ME, Africa, or Philippines: use the Exchange Instructions below.
- Residents of Hawaii, your only option is peer-to-peer exchange with another person you know and trust who is willing to receive your cryptocurrency and give you cash.
- Otherwise, use the Moonpay Instructions.
Important: Sending funds to the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds. Never guess or assume network compatibility.
If you have followed these guides, and done your own research, and you're still stuck, contact your local Bloom leader first for support. Exchange accounts are specific to each country and each person's situation, so the global team is not able to remotely support you with this process.
