CASA CIELO AZUL

Casa Cielo Azul is a local community space for gathering & sharing mindful practices. Located within the Diamante Valley region, I have opened my home to host community yoga classes for the public.

These are donation-based classes with the intention to practice movement and breath together.

Just about every week, we join together with the invitation for women to come together, slow down and reconnect with ourselves, in turn each other. The real work starts within. Many participants have shared how the classes have relieved stress, cultivated inner calm to feel more rooted in their bodies. Beyond the individual benefits, there's been a more noticeable blossoming of sisterhood. We've created a space where each person feels seen held and nourished. The classes have also curated a space where participants show up with radical responsibility for their own practice, where the ripples of self-care extend beyond the yoga mats and our into daily life.

Casa Cielo Azul is both a temple for individual growth and collaborative healing. When we practice together, it becomes a shared sense of unity. We look forward to what else this Yoga Community can create and bloom into the future.
