Four Seasons Gardening: FALL workshop @ LSI

✔️ This action has been verified.
We need peace, connection and interaction with the nature. We know our sacrifices and struggles to defend our last home and habitat of the wildlife. Now a days, greediness versus contentment of living is different scenarios. Greediness spends money to earn more money even destroying the whole world. Contentment lives with the dependent on the peaceful nature with fresh water, air and healing environment.
This is the real scenario. We need to fight to retain the mother earth and give our best while the nature is still healthy. Tribes and Natures Defenders together with the Higaonon tribal communities conducted a Kapamulalakw- a yearly sacred ceremony to connect rivers and the creator. This sacred ceremony brought tribal communities of 70 individuals from women, youth, elders and leaders to celebrate year of cleansing and ask apologies to the custodians of the rivers and the creator for the wrong doings that we had done.
We are not alone for this fight; we need the communities to make a real change and show that even we are minority in protecting our rainforest and rivers, but we can contribute by educating our young people as the followers to save the rivers and rainforest using our indigenous wisdom. We need to collaborate; we know that this is our last home.
For this, as a sign of respect, love and accountable for the pollution of the rivers, the elders cross the fresh rivers to show symbol of having life from the pure and fresh rivers and that young people continue to protect the fresh water for our life survival. The river and rainforest are our place of worship to connect the creator. It is not a healthy worship when we see the polluted rivers, and that we encourage and ask the communities to do the right cleaning of the river.
We can continue to this for the next generation through our collaboration and support. For this, we need your support, small funding, modest grants and long-term partnership can address our needs to continue our works to monitor the rainforest, wildlife and stop the miners and loggers for destroying our fresh rivers, killing the wildlife and rainforest. We hope and pray that you support our works. Please Support our Work.
