There are good solutions to avoid landfills !

Shredding plastic is one of them.

When we started the Recycling Center project 3 years ago, we had 2 main goals :

1 - Help and encourage the local community recycle more and more efficiently anything that is Recyclable.

2 - Find solutions to process non "Recyclable material" or "Trash", to avoid burning and landfills.

And that is for the second goal that we built a Plastic shredder, as it allows us to cut in small pieces most of the Hard Plastic generally consumed.

When the plastic is shredded:

We are able to compact it into Ubuntu Blox with an Ubuntu Machine, from there we can build walls, or very comfortable sits...

We are also learning how to reform certain types of plastic into useful objects and we are working on our Extrudder Machine to create "Wood Plastic".

We have manifested this machine in our village thanks to donations of our local alternative network, all together we can easily equip the village with such useful machines.

For each type of material there can be a machine to process it !

We believe that Trash is precious Resource, and that it can be processed locally.

We are actually Storing all this plastic in a clean way so it can be processed in the future and turned into energy, fuel or plastic again.

As We look for solutions, more will come, and more intelligent machines will appear in our reality.

From now on, people in our area have a real solution to process their waste into something useful.

This give us such a great feeling and we feel deep gratitude for all the help and support that made this possible.

Together we are doing it !

We got first the Precious Plastic blade box from the United states (Picture above) and we brought it to a Metal workshop and asked them to create the rest of the machine.
