We spent a few hours over 2 days, not including preparation. The more the better, where when who what how... Moving on, we built a series of check dams using large deadwood, rocks & haybales.

My thoughts on this stretch of work are varied. We definitely raised water table locally, the extent & benefit TBD. But this stretch gets supplemental discharge from upstream plant, & deluged by stormwater runoff. We need lengthy, robust diversion swale(s) to spread out lots of water. The soils on ridge to S (W of watershed) suitable to my review. Lots industry activity, roads, pipeline ROW.
