Portsmouth Creative Collective is a vibrant portal for all things Bloom in Virginia, from their gallery in Olde Towne Portsmouth. They’re a coalition of several community initiatives hosting arts, mutual aid, and community planning events. One of the things they’re doing is gifting food planters painted by local artists and planted with edible plants. Get involved to be inspired and contribute!
