Dev Tasks

Auth system: change to OpenID and integrate Matrix chat within our regular login.
Performance upgrades for page load speeds and size.

NFT Marketing Support

We have the artwork and lore for our first PFP series lined up. We need help determining where to publish it, planning its release, and running the launch and promotion.

Finance

A grantwriter or someone who can research foundations and family offices that seem like a good fit for the holistic nature of our global impact.
Well-connected people who can introduce us to the above and cultivate relationships toward grants and philanthropic contributions.

Community Facilitator

Facilitate a culture of care to emerge as new members onboard to Bloom's social network.
Encourage members to post to Bloom to share their inspiration and challenges in building regenerative cultures.
Post questions to the community chat to encourage members to build relationships and feel a sense of belonging and mutual ownership with the network.
Coordinate with the lead engineer and UI/UX person to surface common member requests or challenges with engaging with the online network.
Instigate mutual support and celebration of diversity.

Please note these are all voluntary positions. Bloom receives less than $4000 in grants each three months, currently allocated through year end toward our primary growth driver, our Regenerative Action Rewards system. We keep track of our labor contributions, so that when we do have revenue flow, we can make equitable decisions about retroactive compensation as we build financial traction.
